Yes, we require a 50% advance deposit to secure your booking and begin work. The remaining balance is due at final fitting and delivery. We accept cash, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and bank transfer.
Absolutely. Our home fitting service is free within Narayanghat/Bharatpur city and available for a nominal travel fee in surrounding areas of Chitwan. For wedding party bundles (5+ suits), home measurement is always free.
Yes. Once we measure you, your profile and measurements are saved in our system. Returning customers can reorder without a new fitting unless their measurements have changed. This makes repeat orders fast and easy.
Yes. We ship finished garments worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International clients can also book video consultations for measurements. NRN clients returning to Nepal can have their suits ready for pickup or hotel delivery within 48 hours of arrival.
