Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Here is our cancellation and refund policy to keep things fair for both our clients and our artisans.

Cancellation Timeline

• More than 7 days before appointment: Full refund of advance deposit.
• 3–7 days before appointment: 50% refund of advance deposit.
• Less than 3 days before appointment: No refund, but deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 60 days.
